We have four large function areas

  • Bistro Area (up to 400 people)
  • Beer Garden (up to 300 people)
  • Board Room (Small meeting room - up to 10 people)


Being a community club, we provide the venue hire free of charge.
Please note the following cancellation periods
and confirm your cancellation in writing.

Kids’ Birthday Parties

At Club Eastside we have the perfect conditions for hosting your kid’s birthday party. We provide two play areas, one indoor-playground and a large outdoor grassy area with jumping pillow for the children to enjoy – at no extra cost!



Kids’ Party Package - only $11.20 per child

Hot food - mini pizzas, chicken nuggets, fish bites, hot chips, mini sausage rolls.

Sweets - a sweet treat, soft drink, & lolly bag.


Optional Extras (additional cost for each):

PA system 1: 1 speaker, 1 music cable ($50)

PA System 2: 2 speakers, microphone, music cable ($159)

Who doesn’t love a good party? Party prep, on the other hand, can be less of a blast. From cooking countless dishes to mixing pitchers of cocktails (OK, that’s pretty fun) to tidying up before and after, being a host is no easy feat.


Offer your guests a delicious range of platters at your next event.

Eastside - 10 people: $140.00*

Party pies, sausage rolls, spring rolls, buffalo wings & chicken kiev balls – these no-fuss party platters are definitely worth celebrating with. 


Antipasto - 10 people: $135*

It’s hard to go wrong with a classic meat and cheese board. This platter offers the perfect mix of textures and flavours. Includes cabanossi, chorizo, cheese and crackers


Seasonal fruit platter - 10 people: $135*

Suitable for starter, dessert or just snacks for up to 10 people. Healy and refreshing seasonal fruit mix, perfect for hot summer days.


Sliders - 10 people: $170*

20 delicious mini sliders. Buns from local bakery, minced beef patty, lettuce, tomato and Club Eastside secret sauce.


Sandwich Platter - 10 people: $135*

Classic sandwiches filled with a selection of cheeses, meats and salads. Mix the fillings to your liking, or get a vegetarian sandwich platter. 


Vegan Platter - 10 People: $ 125

Healthy and light but hearty. Includes falafel, spring rolls, samosa, chips, cherry tomatoes, vegetable sticks (celery, carrot, cucumber), choice of Antipasti (Olives, dried tomatoes, grilled eggplant, grilled capsicum), hummus, avocado dip and crackers.


Cheese Board - 10 People: $200

Camembert, blue cheese, cheddar, pickles, sundried tomatoes, grilled eggplant, grilled capsicum, olives, crackers and dips.

Our party buffets

Roast Buffet

Seasoned with our homemade rub, roasted to perfection. Includes roast pork, beef & vegetables, seasonal greens, fresh rolls, condiments & gravy.


BBQ Buffet

Includes porterhouse, chicken kebabs, neopolitana pasta, sausages, onions, bread, potato salad, coleslaw and condiments


Standard Package

Slow cooked smokey brisket, chicken steaks and marinated steak porterhouse, served with pasta salad, coleslaw, & green salad.


Superior Package

In addition to standard options, add ribs, a seafood option and a dessert. 


We can customize all buffets according to your wishes and also offer Indian Curry with minimum orders of 25 pax.
